                                        Red Dot Finder (RDF)

This very practical Red Dot Finder (RDF) comes with a handy, quick-release T bracket included in the price. It fits perfectly on any WO telescope (including ZS66 and ZS80). Featuring 7 brightness levels which make it suitable for any lighting condition, including daylight, and full adjustments in alt-az by way of the adjusting screws and the included Allen key. Centering your objects in the sky has never been easier! Look through the finder with one eye, (the lens has an optimized anti-reflection coating) leaving the other open, and you will see one of the four selected LED shapes in the sky. (dot, crosshair, circled dot, circled dot with crosshairs) The quick release base can also be purchased separately to use the same RDF on different telescopes without having to remount the base every time. The included battery is a 3V lithium CR3023. Not shown, but there is a rubber cap to cover the lens when the finder is not in use. This finder is not plastic - all metal construction. If you have multiple scopes, you will find the mounting bracket can be purchased separately in the Mounting section.
